9:26 stand in the middle of grubs and just do clock wise rotations of autos on all of the grubs, then q when up from cooldown to heal from all of them. Darius passive allows him to be one of the fastest grub clearer

Long answer: grubs arent really impacted by what runes you are running, but you could have a rune that provides a passive benefit to yourself. If you need more confidence before fighting grubs, Darius’ Q would need to be levelled twice or three times maybe, and his Q heals % missing, so you could have a ruby crystal for max health stat to make you heal and tank more. Otherwise it should be very possible without your runes mattering.
