The landslide problem is there in Sikkim side hills, but Darjeeling has three routes, there is minimum chance of getting stuck, the season is off so the car fare and hotel fare will be on lower side, Rainy Darjeeling has a different beauty, you ca go out for a walk using an umbrella, there will be spans in the day time when it will not rain, so enjoy

Rainy season has a separate beauty. The misty weather will attract you, hotel price will be on the lesser side. Mainly it rains in the evening and night, you will get ample chance to roam about, the chances of getting view of Kanchanjunga is less, vehicle cost will also be on the lesser side,

July August me ja sakte ho, Hotels transport cheap hoga, Darjeeling has another beauty in Rainy season, I have been there two times in Rainy season, It is ok because there are 3 separate routes leading to Darjeeling and there is little chance of getting stuck

There are various types of hotels and home stays in Darjeeling and Gangtok ranging from 1500 to 8000 and above, Darjeeling gangtok transportation rate of small car is about 2500 and for SUVs 3500 which increases in peak season. Local sight seeing rate is approximately Rs. 1500. The are both cheap and costly hotels for fooding, Daily fooding starts from Rs. 500

How will be weather from June 27 to July 3rd ... Can we see mountains or it will be rainy ..

It will be raining during that period, the chances of seeing the Kanchanjunga peak is less, but during day time the rain stops and you can make a city tour, toy train ride etc, the hotel prices will be much cheaper. The misty weather is very enjoyable
