It's a long story why I left my hometown. Inspite of qualifying as a medical doctor there was no good opportunity. So I had leave Darjeeling but God has a plan for all of us. I got opportunity to work and live almost all over the world. Still after so many years feeling nostalgic about my hometown. Hope to visit soon.

Autumn end - Early winters. U can adequately feel the cold as well as enjoy the natural beauty without it getting obscured by fog. If u like snowfall then u can try visiting in the winters. U can take a flight to Bagdogra Airport, West Bengal and reach Darjeeling. Or else, from Kolkata u can take a train to New Jalpaiguri Station, then visit Mirik, have a stay at Kurseong and reach Darjeeling. 😊
