I am a huge fan, your music gets me through long days and quiet times of reflection and focus and study. Can i ask, how long does it take to create something like this start to finish?

Thank you! Something like this would have been fairly quick because it was a live stream. I can usually put the music together in 30 minutes to an hour depending on how well the ideas are flowing and how many layers of instruments I'm using. I'll make any necessary adjustments during the stream. Others can take hours. And if it's not live and I'm also making a video and mastering the music so I can release it on Bandcamp it adds far more time.

I do not understand. What is the stuff on the screen? The lights in the lower left corner? Why is it there? It kills the immersion for me. It's a pity. Anybody else feel the same way?

It's what's producing the sounds

Oh, that's a keyboard and looks like synth instruments. Honestly I just through they were the remnants of civilization, you know the last street lights or a leftover construction standee that used to tell motorists to slow down. All that's left now are a few blinking lights as the battery operated signs slowly die. Personally though I listen to these for the ambiance and don't watch them for more than maybe a minute at a time. I think, if something feels incongruitous, you need to find a way to make it work. These are post-apocalyptic environments. Tell that story. What happened?

@@EarthsLastEchoes Oh. Okay. I now know what it is, thank you. Still no clue why it is there.

@@TehDanxorz Yes, I know what you mean. I first thought it was part of the scenery also. But when the background changed and it was still there, this illusion was no more. I think I'm not able to conceptualize this omnipresent breaking of the 4th wall. I can't unsee it now. But nonetheless thank you for your thoughts.

@@timteller1400 It was from a live stream, not a recorded video. I'm sometimes playing live and people like to see it.
