Terrans started labeling other terrans as sarkaz and started an even bloodier war. Amiya still became a doctor. Even so Amiya technically hasn't given up this world. She just put every is5 world/timeline she encounter to "sleep" until she finds a solution to all of them. That seems to be our world. Also she bacame a god.

This is a boss from IS5, which is full of what ifs and alternate timelines. From what I can tell this is Amiya from a timeline where doctor didn’t wake up from deep sleep during Babel. Without that proper hand she gains the crown in a more traumatic way, witnesses the extinction of the Sarkaz from their all out war, discovers the secret of originium, learns to properly control the crown from the sarcaphagus super computer and basically comes to the decision that Priestess was right, the only way to save everyone is to sink the entire world into originium. So she does just that, becoming the true lord of fiends

She is already a sarkaz king even in canon timeline. Rather than just sarkaz king, this Amiya is pretty much a god. Since she gain full control over originium in the world, and in the end chose to encase the world in originium

IS5 timeline where the Doctor never woke up. Theresa encounters Amiya instead, but got attacked and had to transfer Civilight Eterna as a last ditch effort before dying, which of course traumatized Amiya. The entire Sarkaz race were wiped out soon after, and nations started endless wars against each other now that their scapegoat is gone. Amiya finds the Preserver and learns the truth of Originium, and properly control the crown’s full power. From that point on, she follows Priestess and Pre-Amnesia Doctor’s footsteps in assimilating everything and everyone in Terra into Originium to stop all wars.
