multi class is very fun but i share your sentiments that in it's current form isn't healthy due to exactly what you said, people with multi class are at a huge competitive advantage over people who don't have it or only have it in a limited capacity. if they made it so you either get all 10 tokens when you hit 30 or make master level 20 and give a token every level from 20 to 30 it would be alot more fair

exactly why leveling up without multiclassing sucks, i wanna level up my other classes so i too can have fun in dark and darker again maybe one day

its especially stupid since you cant play highroller until level 20. i found that to be stupid since any green or above gear you find is completely useless outside of that one trial. i think the reasoning is that since there is gear based matchmaking exists now, they dont want you to play what is basically normals but with better gear, but again, WHY DOES IT MATTER? edit: i also hate gear based matchmaking. if you can win with less than optimal gear within your skill bracket, why should you be forced to stop? people who put on less or worse gear know what they getting themselves into. and if they keep losing running that gear, naturally, their mmr will drop and they will play against people they can compete with. gear based is just so much worse than mmr in so many ways, though i guess skill is hard to calculate considering dark and darker is supposed to be an extraction game (basing it on pve, looting, and interactions was fine and would have been better if they added pvp in that).

@@mymop4422 its def a lot faster lvling now they boosted everyones current lvls twice now too the most recent one my 20 rogue jumped to 36, rip i shoulda lvld my other toons a couple to get that boost but oh well :), gl tho O7

Multiclassing has been a blast and such a breath of fresh air with new countless ways to run into different builds and strategies im really not getting all the hate towards the system its been super fun

my personal favorite for the lizard barb is sprint + rage, i did it on test servers and could have max move speed with zweihander out

I didnt even realize you were on a Barb until like halfway through lol also wasn't sure if youre able to get enough tokens to have all perks/skills swapped, just with another classes base stats

I think he was just talking about that the situation through anothers perspective, as for the video seemed like mostly kitted players minus the one when he brought it up. Not much to gain 'trying' to kill no skill/geared players anyways

The solution to leveling up is going into normals. Can easily clear everything for loads of xp I has a few characters that were behind on multiclass and got them leveled very easy grinding xp in normals

hell yea cool to see u play another class and still fucking everyone up lol also i understand your point. it mostly punishes players that have only been playing one class the whole wipe which is lame because it punishes them exactly like u said and makes it probably unfun. me personally i had 4 classes at around 30-40 so i was ok. but its a bad implementation of the system mid wipe

We already knew about it tho before the wipe obviously who knows for sure with I'm I mean druids been a hot minute but I dp think easier accessible to multi classing more than just needing xp might be needed

Try achilles + spell memory 1 (haste invis slow lesser heal sanctuary) with the perks iron will antimagic perserverance and weapon mastery

For your knowledge, adrenaline spike activates when you hit the threshold, but then only lasts like 12 seconds. I can’t remember if it has a cooldown or it’s once per dungeon.

i'm not him but if you think about it, it was a pretty big buff to Barbarian. you can run Rage and Sprint while going full PDR/MDR and be just as fast as a Rogue or Ranger, it's pretty nuts

Nice! you tried the bardiche + shield mastery combo. howd you like it? that first attack just comes out so insanely fast compared to the normal bardiche attacks. seems like a it could be unintended behaviour from shield mastery though, since it should just be blocks that are faster

Doesn't it say next action one says a block is faster another one says something about speed is increased action I'm guessing it was

@@kurt759 the wording in game is "gain 50% action speed towards your next block". it works for both blocking or attacking right after a succesful block though

Sadly I disagree. They have warned us for like a month how leveling will play into multicalssing and how significant the metas would shift. If people ignored the idea and pretended like it was more beneficial to one trick pony quest grind one class then that was their trade for merchant levels. How can you act like we are just blind sided by the idea of needing levels. Yeah its hard now, you waited until normals was unplayable without extra perks to level someone up. Id rather complain about 3 repeated nerfs making 60% of any casters inventory worthless. Oracle robe from bis to unwearable, knowledge nerf, all attributes and move speed gone. Then they make cleric irrelevant, etc. No reason to complain about difficulty of levels when it would be just as hard to damn near no perk in normals for 10 levels. 3 classes are unplayable without 2-3 of their own perks, but thats not a balance issue its a devoted grind that takes thought and design to master. I usually agree with your opinions but i think youre inciting a lot of the community who shouldve worked towards the right goal and thought ahead to be more aggressive about removing this before we get to fully test it. multiclass in a simpler form has a place in this game. Especially if everyone wants to keep solos. Jus cant balance the game everywhere and theyre trying to see which one they should favor or they have to stop trying to make 3 different games work at the same time. Love you brother, just my two sense.
