I know the salt prevents mould from growing. Basically a preservative so the flour and paper doesn’t get mouldy from humid weather. I love all of these projects. I live in Australia and it’s so hard to find affordable grape vine wreaths. I have been making my own from Australian native vines, but I hope to grow some grape vines so I can make my own grape vine wreaths. I can’t wait to make my own version of these DIYs ❤

Great ideas . I like the black moths. No to plastics. I used to use all free and clear no more ! Go to sheets, laundry detergent sheets. Stop the excessive plastic, that most likely won’t get recycled.

I can’t believe how great these things look! Now I’ll be on the hunt for a boot to use for a witch’s boot! I’ll be looking hard for that! But I also loved the paper mache witch hat you put on the owls and will have to go to the dreaded big box store for the owls and some of those florals. I hate to go back to $ tree since I spent so much in there yesterday. 🤨 But now I feel it’s necessary for me to make the look you did in this video! And the fancy pumpkins! ❤ I loved everything!

Great video I went home and did my front entryway table completely different than I was thinking of. I was trying to meditate it and relaxing way and thinking of something unique and ended up doing a ancient Egyptian with Halloween as black cats best, basttte figures a mommy wax taper candle few Shungate pyramid, a vintage black cat head candleholder and then I put my Egyptian books in the middle with these items on top, etc. anyway, I gotta get off my ass and do some more. Thanks for your inspiration. I can’t wait to watch more of your videos happy Halloween and spooky season in a good way.❤

I see things in the Grandin Road magazine that I would love to have. Several years ago I started making my own for waaaay less. When I'm finished I will tear the page out and put it next to the one I make so when my friends ask about whatever it is I make they can see the original. They can't believe that 1) I made it 2) that GR charged so much 3) mine looked better and 4)I used mostly dollar tree, walmart or Michaels (on sale)merchandise. Thanks for showing that things in the expensive catalogs can be replicated for way less and have fun at the same time. Have a crafting get together with friends and craft away. My friends and I have a great time.👻
