And about the other point for the world every country recognise different countries for bhutan USA and many other countries don't exist, Some countries interpret there is no kosovo, cremia under Ukraine control, etc so different countries interpret the world map according to their interests and relationship with the country having disputed region. So the best map would be either the official map by the country in which the creator is located or the UN.
