I think she's supposed to teleport in front of you, but you have a second to go left or right around her. Basically an "Illusion barricade" tactic.

I think the original idea wasn't teleportation but clones of herself but only the true one being able to harm you while the others block your path.

You know it's impossible if Angelo can't even beat it. I'm sure we all know he is the master of S-Ranks. Those Agathas really do like teleporting. At least in the final version, they don't actually do that anymore. And thank god it's just one monster instead of 4 teleporting freaks.

From the gameplay, I just realized that Agatha doesn't attack straight away. At 0:24 when she teleports in front of you, she doesn't strike right away.

I believe there would have been a zone 2 for Agatha’s level in the old DD. I remember vince saying in the school level’s devlog that the demo was a demo of the first zone, so vince was probably planning to have multiple zones for the levels from the start. Either that or he was trying to say that the old school demo resembles zone 1 of the final school level.

So i read the wiki about agatha, and it says that this old demo was impossible to beat because agatha's ai was broken as she "always catch up to the player by teleporting immediately and give a small chance for them to escape before she does her animation" , and worse, there are 4 of her. But even still, is there a way to try to beat this nightmare?

I was able to get to 17 shards, but there are too many clones of agate, and I am thrown out of the map, here's a tip for you to run away from itë space it really helps, and try to save as many lives as possible
