Azzap calculated that the DH change is a nerf if you have less than 7.5 stacks by level 9. If you have more than that, it's a net buff. Make sure to take it in matchups you can pressure so that you reap the value :3

Tbf in the past few seasons Lux mid's dmg has been very underwhelming - Lux support has definitely had gross af dmg tho! And Lux mid does feel like she's making a bit of a come back this season for dmg too ^^
