Bruh fusion deployment itself is 10 dollars for just one. The Dark Magicians and Dragoon are the best Fusions for the deck and both of them are 50+ dollars. It's got a long way to go b4 the deck is budget in any way.

@@prixswrlddottv fusion deployment was $3-$4 not that long ago, wait till it spikes back down, souls will get a reprint eventually and dragoon well i say just buy it single, it's worse spending the same amount on tins and not pulling it.

I've made this deck. All my dark magicians are Portuguese. My dark magician girl is a lost art promo. Red eyes dark dragoon is $94 rn. The dark magicians is another $50. Anaconda is $35 I think. I also have 3 ash and 3 infinite impermanence in the deck. They're expensive themselves. The whole game is just crazy. I also recommend throwing in harpies feather duster.

If you draw Palladium Oracle Mahad via Spellbook of Knowledge or via Soul Servant's draw effects you can summon him. True it will not work under Upstart Goblin or Allure of Darkness because drawing is not the last thing to take plus with those cards.

The Dark Magicians, Soul Servant, and Magicians' souls can all trigger Mahad's summon. I think you are confused on how he works.

This. The only ocasion that you can't SP summon him is in your opening hand (lol course) and also when forbidden to SP summon at all, like draw him after use the second effect of anaconda

Dark magician is a fun deck to play, I actually use a fair amount of other Rank 7 xyz monsters. And what I do is remove my Dark Magicians that I use as materials and use Eternal soul to continue looping them

I’m not sure if someone has said something already in the comments but when using Soul Servant & Dark Magical Circle - it’s actually probably better to activate Dark Magical Circle & chain Soul Servant as chain link 2 to avoid getting your D. Magic. Circle ashed as Soul S. doesn’t add from the deck to the add but rather just places a card on top so when the chain resolves backwards - no ash blossom! Just a thought everyone . Im actually using both souls and fusion deployment in my build. I think fusion deployment is a great way to avoid using verte if you dont have to use it yet.

I ask with respect, have you played this deck multiple times? I played a similar build not too long ago, and it seems you have so many cards that will brick you if you don't have DM on the field. 3 copies of DM, DMGirl, REBD, the 6 normals, Timaeus, Called, Bond, DBAttack, DMAttack and potentially Soul Servant and Secrets. That's a LOT of cards that, without the specific right cards, are otherwise a heavy brick.

Yeah it's true. This is a nice build but in my opinion there are too many fusion cards. I understand why people play Red-Eyes Black Dragon but he is always a brick for me. DM is my main deck and you have to have room for hand traps and answers for them as this deck is crippled by them.

Red eyes is a brick in red eyes decks lol. But, nothing againt this deck, but DM should realistically be a dragoon turbo build. I straight run 3 red eyes fusions because i outright dont care about hard casting it. Opening a red-eyes fusion and a dark magical circle is an annoying board to try to break.

Thanks for the questions. I play this deck all the time and have no issues with bricking. This deck focuses around getting out your fusions and using the Bond to get attack to blow your opponents board. I rarely have any bricking issues.

you can draw mahad outside the draw face and special him with souls servant or the dark magicians only allure is a problem because allure haw secondary effect of baanishing so mahd misses timing. if you add spellbook engine and drop allure you can safely add mahad. if you do that aand open well you can go head with the best decks in the meta. its just too much card advantage of the all thee draw cards and the eternal soul gives you extra bodies for link fusion xyz plays and you banish a lot. thats too good in my opinion problem is the consistency though

also there are a number of hands that allow you to put all three of them in th GY first turn and then draw three. and if you draw dmg or mahad its not that bad as long you have apprentice(that is actually a plus) so dont drop apprentice for mahad because you want to discard if you open him with apprentice of even dragun

also its an out to dragun because dragun its a dark and hahad doesnt activate. the only way dragun to protect himself is negate the summon but since mahaad is in the hand he doesnt get attack boost and you special summon dm from deck or GY you link 3 bls swing to anaconda then banish (doesnt target) enemy dragun. next turn you bring out your own and gg

I'm relatively new to the DM/Dragoon deck (and modern yugioh in general). What is the reason for running 2x Red Eyes Dark Dragoon? Just because it's a very good card that you want to run at least 2 copies of it, so you have the potential to summon 2 on the field? Or as a back up because it is your win condition, in case opponent countered the first one, so you still have one other to summon?

You play 2 because you can make 2. It's a great boss monster that you can make in a bunch of different ways, also for now it's the best card in the deck. You always run 2 because if one goes out you can make another.

Hey dark armed duelist I would recommend to through in a small phantom knight engin in their, consisting of rusty, boots, cloak, and two fog blades, use rusty to send cloak to set fog blade the banish cloak to add boots special boots link away, then banish to add the second fog blade, basically add a new special summon extender and two negates

I’m getting there with my DM deck lol, I’m not playing Souls for the cost, but I’m looking into adding Soul Servent. Mainly gonna run 3x DM 3x DMG 3x Apprentice 2x Chocolate 1x Apple 3x Lemon 2x Berry 3x Rod And some usual spells traps etc. 3x Eternal Souls 2x Nav Ya da ya da I also have 2x DMG Dragon 2x DM Dragon And I plan on getting 2x Dark Paladin 1x Dark Magicians And 1 each of the Ebon XYZS Can I make that work for some casual duels and maybe some local meetups?

Yes, it can be used for any fusion that specifically calls for dark magician or dm girl. Its problem is that it isn't searchable.

@@FrancistheBrave yes, amulet dragon specifies "dark magician". Same reason eternal soul doesn't work for DMG, look at the difference in wording between it and timaeus. Timaeus says "dark magician" monster. And that is y timaeus isn't searchable. And no one uses dark magic expanded anymore, barely had a place in the deck 4 years ago.

Since its a continuous trap it stays on the field after you activate it. Once it leaves the field the effect stops working.
