@@angelarce9747 well these two were antagonists in their respective arcs, and Dark Meister is the antagonist of Dark Matter Empire/Darkmen arc (current arc), however Ishizu can't be treated as antagonist that would be as if Yuamu was antagonist for taking Yuga's side at the end of season 2 of Go Rush. And we all know she is one of the main trio.

Contact Fusion isn’t limited just to Neos and the Neo-Spacians. The Gladiator Beasts and Phantom of Yubel can also Confact Fuse. Yugipedia even lists all built in Special Summons of Fusion Monsters from the Extra Deck that don’t Fusion Summon, such as XYZ and Chimeratech, as Contact Fusions. This is the first time Contact Fusion has been used for anything other than Neos-Spacians. And in the anime at least, Dark Matter Emperor Dragon’s summoning condition is listed as a Fusion Summon in its card text. So in Rush anime Contact Fusion is a Fusion Summon that doesn’t use a Spell card.

What don't you like here? Both duellists and their decks are dark and edgy just like old times and they even brought back a legacy mechanic from GX. If Rush duels are your problem just pretend Yu-Gi-Oh ended for the time being instead of whining. All franchises change and leave some old fans behind, not just this one. It doesn't hurt you by simply existing.

​@@CptOriginalIm fine with Rush existing as it's own thing. Frankly Main yugioh has gotten so bloated with mechanics and card pool that I completely understand wanting to start fresh. Plus. Have you actually tried playing Rush? I understand if it isn't your cup of tea considering it's a very different feel of a game. But it isn't that bad tbh. Also. The visual design of the cards themselves I believe are objectively better. You can see more of the Art, Levels and battle stats are easier to read, and they actually did stuff like full arts in rush
