I am not famous, but I grew up a lot like Demi, and understand completely how difficult it is to push through the pain and get help, in order to break the cycle of dysfunction and addiction. I lost my oldest son to an accidental overdose, but after losing him his brother and I became closer, and I wanted to be a better mother for him. I hid and avoided by being addicted to my work and college, that I wasn't able to see that I wasn't spending enough quality time with my children. I am very happy to report that my surviving son and I are closer than ever, and as much as I taught and provided for him, he has given me back so much more and I couldn't be more proud of the great man he has become. I know his brother is always watching over us. I give Demi so much credit for learning from her mistakes and doing the hard work in order to be there for and work with her children. Other parents and children can truly appreciate and learn from this. It's priceless! 🥰🥰💖💖❤
