Bought my Redmi note 12 4g. Went for the 256/8 variant. There are some minor bugs around camera (While clicking image right after taking picture) and some minor lags sometimes while using heavy apps. But day to day use it is seemless. Battery can last upto 1.5 or sometimes 2 days under mild use. Or around 20 hours while heavy use (Gaming+ Speakers at max)
