"Si se puede" means "yes he can". It was used by Cesar Chavez and other political movements beginning in the 60s/70s. It has been roughly translated over the years to more or less mean "we can do it!"... "Si" means "yes", "se" means "he", "Puede" means "can".

"Chingona" technically means "fucker" and is kind of looked at as being offensive my older generations, but has changed it's meaning over the years and in slang terms means "badass". I love this look. And in answer to your question, yes I find it super weird to do eyes first. I do my serums, primer and foundation all over everything, and I’m just not that messy with my eye makeup so it doesn’t ruin it. If I did eyes and brows first I’d ruin them with foundation for sure.
