+Quatza Rij It's theorized he's the ostracized cleric who invented Profound Still, but aside form that there's nothing on him. And while that's the case with practically every other NPC, something about that makes him all the more creepy.

This is the perfect way to do "unsettling". Dude seems wise, calm and friendly. But when you listen to the shit he says combined with his demeanor, you realise what a freak he is. Miyazaki has a hard time matching the quality of 2's NPCs.

Grandahl and Felkin are my favorite NPCs and The Dark is truly the coolest form of magic and is what was missing in the horrible Dark Souls 3 knockoff. DS2 Sotfs was truly the best dark souls, debatably, but for sure had the best multiplayer and that is what counts in my book! Also the best voice acting and imo the best characters.
