+Skoshtwo PC had that bug with the original release, so the second release (scholar of the first sin) wasn't much of a change for us, but for consoles, it was a HUGE step back for them they weren't prepared for. They could easily fix the durability issue by doubling all the durabilities of items, but they are inept at bugfixing.

***** The hitboxes are only shitty in online mode. The broken hitboxes in PvE are only the enemies with AoEs and spears. You can block the spear, and you have the time to get completely out of the hitbox of the AoE Yeah... Grab hitboxes are pretty bad, too.... The problem is the game is balanced around people having fast roll (105 agility) iFrames, which can't be accomplished at base level. You need at least 30 levels before you can "spec" into med roll s. The good thing is you always have those s regardless of your equip load (unless you're fat rolling), but lower equip load changes your roll distance
