What happens if you kill him when u first meet him????

It is possible but he is hard to beat. To decrease the difficulty you need to pick up "Giant souls". The more you have, the easier the fight against Vendrick. What happens if we beat him ? Actually nothing because he is an optional boss. You get a trophy. His soul (boss soul) gives you access to two of his swords or shield.
