Hey man, great to hear from you again! I've never really gotten into the "Souls" games, which is kind of surprising considering that I can be somewhat of a masochist when it comes to hard games, but I might have to consider it after listening to this cover. The soundtrack seems like it's freaking intense! I'm normally one for more upbeat and catchy music, but it's nice to go dark and heavy every once in a while. I also really liked the added orchestral elements that you threw into this one! I remember you saying that you were learning the cello and flute; were any of those you, or did you just do it all electronically? Regardless, it made it seem a lot more true to form to the original while keeping still your usual style and flair! Not to mention, I feel like the mixing in this one was a major step up from your previous covers! Awesome job on this one! Can't wait to hear what you come out with next!

Great to see you're back as well! Yeah actually dark and heavy used to be my personal preference but I haven't really done much of that lately hehe. Thanks man! Well, I tried to play the flute for this cover but the fingering was insanely uncomfortable (probably not meant for an actual flute anyway) so I used plugins this time. I am planning to get some more live recordings in my next covers but it'll probably be tricky. Thanks again! Yeah I was really struggling with my mixes before, so I've done some hard research and listening to a lot of reference material to improve the sound on this one. No more crappy mixes evarr! Next one will be Hot Head Bop from DKC2!

Just made a great sword wielding giant grey wolf a million times more badass. BTW if you're looking for a new cover up to do I would recommend hog wild from crash bandicoot. It offers a bit of creativity and challenge for you. Just a thought, but keep up the great work.
