I am using Triluma RD cream with 2% hydroquinone and .25triretinon etc from around 1.5 years. My dermatologist advices me to apply this cream once in a week only and I am following this from long time and also applying 30 spf sunscreen. So why many people complain about any side effect of this cream within 3-4 months of use? I never experienced any bad effects . Any suggestions on it mam ?

Because you are not misusing it. Generally - once people buy this cream they apply it day and night and then roam around in the sun. Result is that instead of being helped by the medicine they end up getting harmed by it.

And my doctor says there is no harm in using this cream once In 7-10 days with good sunscreen protection. So I would suggest consult your doctor and I am using light version with 2% hydroquinone percentage only

Hello Mam , firstly thanks for the nobel work you are doing. your video is too informative and full of in depth knowledge. Please can you suggest me on my problem. Currently I am suffering from frictional melanosis on my forehead due to upside down sleeping pattern since very long . The black patch has eventually developed and got darker. My dermatologist has given me Hydroquinone Eukroma 4% and Mometasone Furoate cream(I mix them and apply), VCnex tablets, and actame facewash for about a month course. Shall I continue to apply them ? I have been applying it for a week now. I am afraid if I stop using the cream now it may reappear and become more dark. Is there any treatment to retain the original skin or any prevention if the hazard due to the stoppage of cream occurs in future. Please guide me. Thanks a ton
