If Oiram lost the ability to train after MM54321 travelled back in time to save Mario, then how did he become significantly stronger than Mario at the beginning of "Mario VS Oiram 4"? And wasn't it revealed in "The Truth about the Dark Star X and the Dopplegangers" that the DSX summoned dopplegangers from the Reverse Dimension rather than create them?

You are right, Oiram and all the doppelgängers did _gain back_ the ability to train in OO & DSX, but their power gain was significantly less dramatic if it was even tangible to begin with. As for what is said in The Truth About DSX, that lore was explicitly and carefully considered while writing this episode, but I cannot elaborate more on that at this time.

Both I and my doppel, NIW73, are gods of Creation and Destruction. My doppel did not take part in the Star X war, as he and I did not see it threatening the Balance of reality. This, however, does. We work together to keep everything in balance, including overseeing Time. Both of us would help you. I and my doppel never fight. Our power is far too great to do so.
