My gf believes that the Dark Urge is actually the real protagonist of BG3 because of how the story unfolds when you play him compared to Tav not really having any interactions.

To some extent I understand her. I got halfway through the game as Tav before I decided to create a Dark Urge and start my playthrough again. And playing as the Dark Urge the game feels different, as if you are more invested in it. But the game's creators never actually said that this was the case, leaving fans to decide for themselves how they wanted to play. I think this is correct, although it does not deny the fact that when playing as the Dark Urge we seem to merge more with the plot)

@@MGC-XIII well, I think both Dark Urge and Tav are both canonical, considering that the game can be played with friends, there can be at least several Tavs in the team) but of course I’m very attached to Dark Urge

Dark Urge is the main character in all the games I play, lol. Since I first played Durge I haven't had as much fun playing a Tav character.

So what happened? Why was that lady killed like that and then everything else? I barely made it to the underdark through priestess Gut's room before i deleted the game to make space for other games but seeing all that makes me want to do it too

Oh, in the video I used materials from my playthrough of Dark Urge, so playing as a hero with this background you will get moments like the ones shown in the video, depending on your choices in the game. These events take place after you enter Baldur's Gate and come face to face with your past.

Oh, this game is AMAZING. You should really give it more of a go. I know turn based isn't for everyone, but once you get it down, combat can be very fast-paced. 😊😊😊😊
