@@ivanfidalgopronina5366 focus on upgrading your watchtower and camps (fighter, shooter, rider) also upgrading your 5 main heroes for example (Guy, Catherine & Rex, Megan, Evan, Tristan) and saves your speed ups used it depends on survival preparedness and have a good alliance that helps to get better state not the selfish one who only thinks about themselves since in the future you guys will face other state and need each other to defeat them
