I think my exhales are solid (to the point where I've toyed around with the idea of making some vocal content), but I've never been able to find a comfortable inhale. Not to fanboy too much, but I've been teaching myself vocals for a couple years now, and you were/are my biggest inspiration to learn harsh vocal techniques.

Hey dude I mix everything for Dark Watch! The chain for this is the same as the EP, real simple. HPF. Into RVox. CLA-76 Bluey with Slow Attack and Fast Release 20:1. And JJP vocals just using the "magic" fader, everything else disabled and knobs neutral. Hope that helps!

That part was really tricky to switch to, and he eventually figured out if he swallows (you can see it in the video) that it's like a cheat code to get his throat in the right spot. He was explaining it to me like it's not using diaphragm at all, it's like all upper throat. Of course he could explain it to you way better than I could, so hopefully he replies to this.
