It's "fun", not meta. Just don't expect to win many tournaments or climb ranked in Master Duel (quickly) with it. That's all I can say for it. 😅 And no, I'm not hating on it. I don't like meta sheep anyways, I play Ghostrick a little bit myself (for fun of course and to screw over said meta sheeps), and it actually IS kinda decent. Just slow-paced and gets ruined by constant omni-negates (which seems to be the meta now). 👌

@@bloodarcher7841 Not when everyone is just playing omni-negates. 💀 I love Ghostricks (simply for the art and unique playstyle), but I never play this deck seriously in Master Duel ranked. I wouldn't recommend it at local tournaments either. It CAN win, but HIGHLY unlikely. 🤭

I use to just take control of the field and hardly used my extra deck so my opponent could watch their deck be banished little by little each turn and as well as their life points a little at a time while there was nothing they could do about it.

i recently started to also play and build decks besides just collecting card , it might be a silly question but why is he able to summon "Ghostrick Mummy" without having any other ghostrick monsters on the field? im confused because the cards says: "Cannot be Normal Summoned, unless you control a "Ghostrick" monster" or does settingit in face down defense not count as the normal summon ?

Setting it face down isn't the same as normal summoning it. Setting a monster face down is counted as setting a monster.

Welcome to the game. It's not very fun now, so I'll be honest and say u picked a BAD time to just start playing, but hopefully u can play against others casually and not the "no fun for u" degenerates that spam their board with omni-negates. 😭

Yes, parade works for the skeleton mill build. Mansion and museum is better if you want the ability to hit back when you need to. It's a preference thing, I go 2Museum 2Mansion and side deck the exceed and parade to swap with Skeletons if the mill build isn't optimal against your opponent

Oh sorry, parade also favors the Angel AND skeleton. But again run by presence, and try not to use all three

I don't really understand how you would out their dragoon with ice dragon's prison. Isn't dragoon uneffected?

Nope, dragoon can't be targeted or destroyed. Ice dragon doesn't target or destroy, it just banishes.

Make (or edit) ur own version. Just don't be a "net-decker". 👍 Edit: Using other's build and calling it ur own is NOT cool. Using their's as a base and then editing it ur self later (after learning it)- that's more respectable. 💯

No, you can't flip them up the same turn UNLESS you use a card effect like ghostrickscare.

how does this variant of the deck Win? i.e. attack over something with 3000 atk if your opponent has multiple? also what is your opinion on skeleton and winning via stalling with like bell to win?

usually this deck attacks the player directly so you don't have to worry much about your opponents attack power, skeleton is amazing if you combo it with a morphing jar.

Use ur effects to change monsters face down. Then, attack directly. Of course (with the current meta being spam omni-negates), this deck will struggle VERY bad against that, but just pray ur not playing against a "no fun for u" degenerate. 😂👌

@@SilentAndy despite this comment being from 3 months ago I actually messed with a build of this deck Yesterday featuring attacking directly as your win condition. Gravity Bind at 3 is a requirement for this playstyle imo but you can also side in some other floodgates like mm. the deck loses mostly to backrow removal but the omni negate fest isn't that big of a deal in my experience cause your opponent can't negate flip summons or direct attacks most of the time unless they're running solemn judgment or something to negate direct attacks, i.e. another stall deck. in which case revert to skeleton deck out for game

I also have a few friends that play a ton of effect destruction (Raigeki, Dark hole, etc.) how can i counter them here? I like direct attack as the playing style as well and was hoping to find some tips so I can build this deck.

@@d.dankey1168 Quaking mirror force is good when you don't have gravity bind or scare but I would add it in the side deck typically. and for dealing with effect removal, Anti spell fragrance since you said it's spells. only really buys you a turn tho so eh. Yeti is too situational but it is worth considering. spell removal is absolutely the biggest flaw I've found with the deck and have few ways around it

Basically you can turn any ghostrick xyz into angel of mischief so it's not hard getting thoose two Xyz monsters for F0

Can someone explain Ghostrick Or Treat? I'm not sure what it means by "Set this card instead of sending it to the GY after activation"

Your opponent can change the effect of the card in:”Set this card instead of sending it to the GY after activation” by paying 2000 lp, then you have to set the card in the zone of spell/trap. In this way you can reactivate the card the next turn.

Only recommendation is to try 1-2 nekosume for its constant book of moon effect and at least a ghostrick break.

ya you have to play this deck yourself several times(maybe against easy bot), so that you get familiar with those card effects, then you can follow up what combo he is doing.
