The only way Pends are ED monsters are if they are put there by their own mechanic; the only way they start in the ED is if they are already another type of ED monster type, which would step on the toes of the whole point of the lore-based planet separation.

Its probably not the best csrd but you could use the ojama trap or one of thr token generating field spells to put 3 csrds on your opponents field then play the tistana field card to get the free deck summon

Fisrt time see some one make tistina work i try it like one month now and cant figure it out. Try tistina punk and now even try some unchained and make tistina in . Kastira is too expensive, we really need something else or people love those cards will scream about their wallet.
