The season is ending and DB still doesn't know to differentiate hextech tools. That "ward shit" is like the old ghost enchant, reveals and applies a pretty strong slow for 4 seconds or so. Very good for early ganks! I've seen in other videos, where you were ganking and did not use this and then the enemies escaped...

If you time a gank with the ghost projectiles hitting the enemies, you get a lot of value out of it. It is a decent slow that fades away over the course of 4 seconds or so.
