Yeah, good guesses. The Opening track is from Supersonic Warriors 2, the Korin's Tower track. The other one is Colress battle theme 😄

You can start collecting Dragon Balls any time you want after Chapter 15, this is after defeating Nappa and just before the final fight with Vegeta. Oh yea never had to use it because of how weak that is, why use a 3 hit combo when you can use a 2 hit combo + 1 ki blast i guess
