This has to be one of the best debut albums I’ve ever heard

Not a debut album. Their debut album was released last year, called Halloweentown. This is their second album. And what a banger album that was. (Halloweentown is also a song and it's a total banger!) I personally like the first one more. But I love several songs on this new one though.

@@hex_a_lexa halloweentown is an ep rather than an album.

I can see this being your guy's "another life" like how it is for miw. This song feels so raw and real. Probably the most relatable track off the whole album for me. ❤

The chorus speaks deeply with me so I'm hooked on this one

Just WOW. This song really has it all. Super relatable, easy to sing along with in the car, catchy beats tasty riffs and the amount of emotion you can feel in the screams at the end is just the chefs kiss on top of this amazing track.

They say That you learn from your mistakes But you'll never be the same We prayed That we'd open up our eyes and that everything would be okay But our thoughts got in the way These days We're better off looking for a life that's far away So we'd never have to face The way We never want to change Remembering That we are not okay You're just an echo around me A fading memory Of how bad things can be But I survived your hateful eyes Now I'm Trying to fix all the damage you've done There's more to life than simply moving on We take Every bit of energy and make an enemy of ourselves No matter how hard we fell We stay Close enough to hate each other Far enough away to pretend Like we know how to forget Like we can get over it You're just an echo around me A fading memory Of how bad things can be But I survived your hateful eyes Now I'm Trying to fix all the damage you've done There's more to life than simply moving on Simply moving on There is so much more than this We're both forgetting how to exist It's taking more to live than to forget and forgive You're just an echo around me A fading memory Of how bad things can be But I survived your hateful eyes Now I'm Trying to fix all the damage you've done There's more to life than simply moving on Simply moving on Simply moving on There's more to life than simply moving

This song is put together so well. I swear, if I get into this band, they better not change their sound to add more trap beats like Stain the Canvas did. So far, this song and Dancing Dead are my favorite. The bass in the chorus of Dancing Dead is sick, and the chorus of this song is perfect with the explosive screams at the end. Keep it up guys!

You were the best at black viel brides in vancouver bc. You were my favorite live. Damn can that guy sing and scream! This band is better in real life. My best friend Steve is going through very bad complications with this with his girl friend that is toxic and they just had a kid that is not well. He is not a metal guy but he loved this song to relate. the girl that's putting him through hell. That's everything a smart lyricists could dream of. Helping someone vent and relate when they feel like the only one. You guys kick ass live! I got free tickets for black veil brides in vancouver but I'm glad I found you guys. Best energy there!

I know this song is probably about a romantical relationship that went (very) wrong, but I like to think that this is about somebody learning to accept that they were once a very bad person and are trying to improve. Dividing who they are now and who they once were as a way to cope. idk, I just wanted to share this.
