Long live Brad, my Bounty Hunter, and my hero. His mate Monty, our Highwayman, croaked on his first deaths door due to a violent shearing followed by bleed damage. The Plague Doctor got nicked by the tittie cactus, and after a shearing (which didn't proc bleed thank goodness) Brad was at deaths door. The booba plant was low so we didn't have much farther to go, with the help of the Occultist we had enough sustain to take it down. But then they nicked the Occutist before he could get a heal off. The marks had wore off, so had the debuffs. And Brad was having a staring contest with three angry plants, which only had to get a little lucky to kill him, and doom the party. It was fucked, there wasn't a chance in hell, I have always had horrid luck with death blows, and without the debuffs and marks Brad would need like 3-5 more turns in order to finish it off. This would be my first party whipe in Black Reliquary, and I wasn't ready to lose the remainders of my favourite team. But what could be done? I couldn't in good conscience simply leave behind the rest of the team, so we grit our teeth and just let it happen. Brad, little did I know, was apparently a fucking war machine. They beat him to a fucking pulp, all while he steadily dealt 15-18 damage per turn. And refused to fucking die. His death blow resistance was ticking down, there was no fucking way he could last much longer. But he didn't need to, despite the speed reduction of deaths door, he went first in the last round. And fucking crit the boss-designed-one-handed for *exactly* its remaining HP. Long live Brad, Hero of Gardening. And congratulations to you! You are now the proud owner of the OST to my panic attack!
