I don’t know if anyone else thought about this, but you know how Peter's pupils disappear during Death Lives & Aftermath even though he has full control over his body? Well, if you take into account what it looks like when Morty gets infected, it means that every time it happens Peter has to feel his eyes roll behind his head while still fully conscious.

Quagmire was most likely teleported to the main city to face off against Stewie (Twinkle), Cleveland was probably looking around for Quagmire before eventually coming across a shotgun and Bruce (Brutality), and Joe was probably scavenging for supplies in the police station before encountering Pico (Stand-Off). Peter and BF were running away from the Darkness (Death Lives) after Rotten Family so they also got their own song. (Note that Death Lives takes place during all of the other guys' songs, before they meet up during Final Fight.) idk if this is outdated or not because DT lore is complicated as fuck but yeah.

I can tell theres a story here. At first its bf trying to convince peter, who jumped out of the window after rotten family, that they need to get out of there now. After they see a bit of the corruption they start running away down the streets of spooner street. After some running it seems like peter gets caught within the corruption. Leading to a struggle between a corrupted peter(still slightly conscious) and bf, managing to free peter after the famous line is said and the fat man fights hard to free himself(perhaps this is where the white eyes happen to). Hence they start running again after he breaks free. Managing to get away from the corruption at the end...and sadly splitting off into their own paths at the end of their time together here. But eh, this story reading could just be me really thinking about how the song would go. So don't judge me for what I said lol. Thanks for listening if you did!

So good. Death Lives admittedly, as much as I hate to say it, really felt out of place with the rest of DT's lineup from almost every angle. It felt like a bonus song if anything, and I rarely found myself re-listening to it. This remake is exactly what the song needed to stand out on its own. It feels so much more impactful and I'm sure a lot more people are going to give this song attention. Amazing work as always Weednose!

Tbh, Death lives' lineup with the story felt out of place because many people thought it was Peter getting recorrupted or fighting the corruption until we found out it was Bf and Peter running from the corruption and Peter gets Semi-corrupted from Death and finally escapes

Mechanic Ideas: 1. Ditch the press space to push back the darkness for a press space to dodge deaths slashing waves of corruption at you and peter. 2. Shaking Screen for emphasis of running 3. Subtitles for when 'I DIDN'T ASK TO BE IN THIS FAMILY" appear. 4. As you run you and the song keeps going you constantly lose health 5. Breath Mechanic: As you run you lose breath to where death get closer. You have a boost button which charges when you get significantly close to death. What boosting does it launches you forward and moves death offscreen and when and only then can you stop to take a breath so you can keep running. You MUST do this every minute.
