Hi!, I haven't seen you in a long time!, right?
Yes, maybe I know, I spent more than 6 months developing this, but I hope you can understand it.
You know, I know that saying "It was my first time doing such a thing" is not a justification, but really yes, it is the first time that I do this and that is why you may see animation errors in some parts, because I had to redo the project (D VS SMW) and well it finally came out "perfect" or something good I guess.
I know you're not interested in my life, so now it's fun facts about Darkness V.S. Super Mario World! Maybe some will interest you, you know.
--Fun facts-
1- Without realizing it, the video lasts exactly 15 minutes, very silly, right?
2-If you turn on the subtitles when characters like Mario or Koopa speak, you can read what they really said!
3-This is not so much a "First Episode" but rather a prototype to see if it is really popular and worth putting effort into a next episode, since it is somewhat tiring to do this alone.
4-In the video there are 2 "Original" Themes created by me, which are "Sonic's Telling theme" and "Welcome to Super Mario World", there was going to be a third song even more original, but due to problems of time and desire and knowledge ( Maybe) this one didn't reach more than one prototype and I didn't finish it.
5-Scenes like one in which Pibby explained to Koopa how to speak using his ability to create physical words, Mario and Sonic Glitch fight, or others in the intro where Sonic, Bf and Pibby were seen fleeing from the glitch through levels such as Chemical Plant Zone or Emerald Hill in which looked somewhat interesting in the background (it would be a spoiler to say so), were sadly discarded because they were not interesting to watch.
6-This was originally going to be half an hour, but I rethought it and kept it to 10 minutes to see if it's worth continuing. (The best decision of my life I think)
7-This is obviously a continuation and origin of the Nintendoesnt video (you should see it and understand a little)
8-Being my first time doing something like this, I had to demand too much from my PC to be able to animate, export, edit, etc.
9-Physics like those of Koopa, Mario, or another enemy or object, are totally calculated and made as if it were the original Super Mario World, the same with Sonic... That means that I spent playing Super Mario World, Kirby, and Sonic almost an quarter of time.
10-If this continued, in the next episodes you could see things like the evolution and improvement of Mario and Sonic or others' skills and characters, see how Pibby sees the harsh reality and adapts to it, new and "original" characters that could be friends or enemies, etc.
11-If you noticed, Pibby is a little bothered by BF sometimes, this happens because Pibby is bothered by how immature and stupid BF can be on risky occasions. (even though Bf tries to be understandable)

And that would be almost all, it is a spoiler to say more because that will only be when this is something "profitable" in time and energy. (it's very tiring to do this animation... even if I was procrastinating half the time)

@@Kirbyenjoyer2010 not really, thing is you see that BF and pibby met sonic in emerald hill zone wich is sonic 2 so the doctor sees after there is a bigger threat, isadie doesn't show the whole story but i think that after everyone gathers in green hill after they decide to collect the chaos emeralds and so come back to west side island that's when the darkness attacks them and so kirby and maybe others confront sonic and the others winning and grabbing tails that's why sonic said "i'll finish it, tails" implying kirby was the one who jumped them and so they manage to get all the emeralds but its too late, all the island is surrounded and then they jump to super mario world.

Kirby being the first to be corrupted is problematic but smart at the same time. The darkness likes to aim for the strongest characters first so it'll be easier to overpower other characters and takeover other franchises.

Most of kirby’s strength comes from his ability to absorb and copy opponents. It would of course be hard for that to really work when the opponent in question infects through contact

I don't think this is the case, perhaps it's because Kirby's attacks are especially melee and copy powers. Kirby could have tried to attack The Darkness and that's why he was corrupted. Furthermore, I personally think that Mario and Sonic, both at their peak, are more powerful than Kirby, as both have already defeated Multiversal threats (Super Dimentio, Solaris) with enemies with the ability to literally erase existence, in addition to manipulating reality.

Mario's explanation to Pibby on Bad guys was something to remember, given the type of show she's from, Pibby's never really known the concept of evil characters just that it's better to make friends. Poor girl has a lot to learn about reality that this apocalypse isn't gonna go easy with.

All the little nods to everyones games are an amazing touch, Sonic, bf and pibby barely surviving because the credits rolled was an incredible idea, The fact a koopa is apart of the main cast is a nice change of pace instead of just being consumed by the darkness, Everything is amazing and cant wait to see what comes next for this series, Definitely worth the wait!

Wow! That was such a cool video! I really love how you turned the designs of both BF, and Pibby into the SMW game style! Really impressive stuff (I also noticed that at the start of the video, BF and Pibby were in the style of Sonic, but then once they got to Mario's world, they both changed to the style of that one instead! I really appreciate that attention to detail.)! Also, I really appreciate that you showed what happened before they even got to the Mario world, not only does it add a lot more complexity to the story, but also explains some parts of it, like how Sonic got there, and why he wanted to help BF & Pibby in the first place (Though, I would like to know how Kirby and Mega Man got corrupted, and how Sonic recognizes Kirby.)! I absolutely love this. The positive impact of the Pibby Fandom really amazes me sometimes, especially since I still love this show so much. One note is that you could spell check a few sentences when you’re writing them out. And another would be to keep a good idea of the characterization you want for the characters. Seeing an actual fully animated form of LWP (even if pixelated) is so cool to see. I'm really glad you made this, it's so cool!! You deserve a lotta views for this kinda work. Me personally I'd like to maybe see some more characters from other games?? Something like legend of zelda, could be any character or just any other pixelated game of the sort. I'd love to see more of this, and highly encourage you to make more of this as I feel it could really get somewhere!! And another thing I love also, is how you don't just make it main characters which survive. Yeah, Mario's alive obviously but you kept just a random red koopa alive. It feels really fitting with LWP and the darkness as it's not like the darkness picks it's favourite side characters to consume but it's just based on pure luck on if they survive or not and so I love the fact that you've kept the red koopa alive and maybe we could see more side characters of games surviving in this? Or maybe Mario could get corrupted later on if you do decide to continue this (could be replaced with someone like peach!! Which I feel could make a pretty unique survivor) or just any other character! This is all just in my opinion though, after all it's your story so not like I have a say in what you do. But just giving my personal feedback and such!! Have a good and and I really hope to see more D VS SMW!!

You did amazing with this entire episode. It’s amazing how all the little scenes and animations fit the style being replicated extremely well! I also love those fight scenes a lot. One thing I do suggest is fix the weird faded inbetween frames in this, as it makes it a lot less clean. Even then, this has to be one of the best PIBBY interpretations I’ve ever seen anywhere. I love your animations, and I hope that you continue this series, as it has an extreme degree of quality to its name, and seems to be very interesting with it’s characters, animations, and plot. This could easily be one of my favorite Mario videos ever made on this platform. Please, keep this up! You have skills man, and you can do a lot with those skills. :D

First. 1. I love the details that you put In. 2. The conversation with different characters very excellent and interesting. 3. The brutality of the darkness that does not only infect but it also kills victims that's what I really like about this. 5:29~13:12 4. Hi there, i just wanted to say that this is one if not the best fan-made pibby×fnf animation i have ever seen, not to mention the amazing pixel art, if your looking for interesting ideas to put here (if your ever gonna make a part 2) then i have two that i think are really cool and interesting, but if you don't want to include them that's perfecly fine it's YOUR animation(also today is my 16th birthday so if you actually do any of these ideas that'd really mean a lot) 1.i think that the corruption/darkness has a weakness to characters that either don't have souls or have very powerfull will power, because for the first one how con you corrupt something without a soul or an essence to corrupt like robot for example metal sonic and for the second one we have seen in official concept art that when pibby's arm gets corrupted she can control it because of shear will power 2.i thnk that caracters with special connections to certain in universe items can be cured using them for example : sonic has special connection to the chaos/super emeralds as we see in the mural on angel island, his ability to achive a hyper form,him using abilities like chaos control (but if you just wanna keep it in the classic side then you could say the emerald abilities in superstars) etc. (Also kinda petty but i just want my goat sonic cured😅) Anyway as i said i'm not forcing you to do any of these ideas, i'm sure you'll make even more amazing content down the road, best of luck 😉👍

i know that most of the main characters, who are the strongest in their franchise, get caught by the darkness; but i didn’t really think that Luigi was a main character but a side character. But when i saw Luigi get caught, i was *FLABBERGASTED* !!!! I think this is really cool tbh.

This is amazing! If you do end up continuing this, this would be a great mini-series, cause this feels like what the cancelled Pibby TV Show would've been like! Also I love how unlike other versions of corrupted characters, you let them mostly keep their appearance and abilities completely fine, tho with a few tweaks.

I think one interesting take could be to have one of the next worlds they visit be one where absolutely nobody made it out, rather than just one or two survivors. Alternatively, one where nearly everyone survived for one reason or another.

This was so fucking good! I can't wait to see what you have in store for this, the potential for crossovers with other game series is amazing! My one note is that I wish characters like Mario Luigi and Sonic had dialogue like in other sprite series'. I seriously hope you make a part two of this because this was so good!

Hi there congratulations on reaching past 100k views, this is a great animation i personnaly loved the character interactions and the expressive and fluid animation, some stand out scenes were the opening in sonic's world,the fight with luigi and kirbi and the bf and pibby interactions i wish we got to see more of the two they have a fun dynamic (bf being the overconfident but braindead "hero" and pibby the smarter one that's barely holding on,also i'm not suprised if it turnes out she taught bf basic math and stuff) one thing i would like to see if this gets to be a full series is a bit more lore elements from sonic and mario's worlds and a bit more silent story telling like from sonic 3 and knuckles for example worldbuilding on the origin of the darkness etc. to build a bit atmosphere and shape the world like fluid transitions and using different enviroments as contrast to one another and really show the danger of the darkness, and also on a more personal note i would really like to see a full sonic prequel not now obviously but maybe as a subscriber special or before/after a series finale and i think relying on only flash-backs might make the story less cohesive,i also have some ideas on how something like that could so if you want i could like a "mini-pitch" for it, no matter what i'm sure this is gonna be an amazing series keep up the good work 😁👍. 💀.

I like to think that kirby got infected because of his power of absorb. He was fighting the darkness then he saw an infected enemy and tried to absorb the power(what I remember is that the enemy absorbed turns into a Star inside kirby) and the darkness was in contact with kirby’s body and infected him by this way(but he must got infected by other way idk it’s just an imagination)

A theory i have is that maybe the game that they're in is super Mario all star + super Mario World because if it was a standalone Mario World than luigi would look EXACTLY like Mario But because he looks like the one in super Mario all star i think that could mean the smb1,smb2,lost levels and smb3 worlds could somehow be involved Or I'm looking too deep into it and it's just an artistic choice to have luigi look like that so that he isn't just a Mario recolor

⚠️ WARNING! This comment will contain MASSIVE SPOILERS for the animation, I heavily suggest watching the video first before anything. ⚠️ This was genuinely really cool! I love both sprite animations and apocalypse stuff so seeing them together like this is always a rare treat. It gives Pibby a chance to shine even when it wasn't greenlit (YET). Overall story-wise this was great! I like the implication that they have to beat the games with as many survivors as they can before moving onto the next world. I also love the bond between the characters and seeing them interact all together gives me Subspace Emissary vibes. Though Luigi and Tails being corrupted was sad to see as they're my favorite video game characters, hopefully they can be saved soon (if saving is possible in this take that is) The action scenes hit really well and Pibby's mixture of immaturity and seriousness is so on-brand for her. I also was intrigued by the inclusion of cartoon characters in the video game world like Finn, I guess the Darkness truly has no limits. Hope you make more of these, this is leading up to something really cool! If you're okay with sharing I do have a few questions: 1. Timeline wise is this before Pibby meets Alloy Boy and Melira? (I would assume not given the appearance of Finn) 2. Can victims of The Darkness be saved from its grip in this take? 3. Is the Darkness capable of invading multiple worlds at a time or is it only capable of having its forces do the corrupting across worlds? 4. What worlds were corrupted before Sonic's and Mario's besides Kirby and Mega Man's? It's absolutely okay if you don't want to answer these questions, the animation is genuinely really cool and I enjoyed it. Well done IsadieMics.

And yes, i tried to get each character's personality as seen in their series (Pibby in his animated short, Mario in the old series, etc.). answering doubts, 1-well yup, pibby meets Alloy Boy (beta kid or idk) and melira, but they all split up at one point so they could gather more survivors, if I follow the series it will probably seem like they are. 2-I really don't know yet, because although I have ideas on how to save some from the darkness in Mario's world, I don't know a safe method. 3- I don't have an answer, I really didn't understand this question much. 4-that would be difficult to know, since several were corrupted, the originals of the Pibby short and the video games that appear in the animation, perhaps one or another more, but that may be left for the last chapter. and that's all, i guess... nothing else? *skull*
