7 years ago when Maleficium came out, I didn’t fall in love with Tom’s vocals just because of the sound, it’s the fact he follows melody and groove so damn amazing. Not to knock off the vocalist of Lorna shore now, he sounds amazing himself but the band is all technical now, that missing element of melodic groove was Tom and that’s not a coincidence if you notice the immediate shift of the melody after he left. Honestly any project Tom goes to, I’ll be interested in, and I love the other member’s in this band as well of course. This is cohesive as hell. Well DONE!!

Unfortunately rap is still king 🤮. Metal is niche and alway's will be, ESPECIALLY metal like this. But yes I agree that metal is making a resurgence, it just won't "take over music" while there are still all of the suburban white kid's that want to be SoundCloud rapper's. The state of mainstream music today is still absolutely pathetic...while there are definitely some good rapper's out there that have a positive message the majority of them are teaching our kid's that the only way to be "cool" is to pop Xannys and to act like a complete fool. Rap today is completely different then it was when I was a kid growing up in the 90's. It's turned into music for a club hopping drug user rather then guy's rapping about their struggles.
