The visuals make it an equally emotional moment, as tom screams "I know what's meant for me" we see visuals of the universe and a man acknowledging that his time is over. It feels bittersweet as if the man is acknowledging that he is going to die and become one with the universe, and the music swells in an equally beautiful moment.
