Sometimes you should open yourself up. Don't be afraid and dont hide yourself away for it. The uncertainty and negative thoughts you feel could be from hiding away. Instead of hiding away these thoughts, you can try to do something about them. In some cases, you can open up, and by doing that you can possibly find the answers you want. Sometimes it even takes help from someone else. 😊
