We had a close up of him in 3 when he switches from fake human to himself, we can assume he was masquerading as a human for quite a while trying to salvage the human population. The anarchy form and abyssal armor things I can agree with, also he’s just awesome and is my favorite horseman by far despite Death being the strongest/oldest/leader and war being what seems to be the epicenter of the games. Who knows

@@fullmetalsoldier6511 War is pretty much the epicenter seeing as the other games somehow revolve around him being framed for starting the apocalypse early. Darksiders II was all about Death trying to bring humanity back and free War. Darksiders III takes place just after the beginning of the first game and ends with the Destroyer and his army storming Haven. As for Genesis, it laid the groundwork for the other three games by introducing us to Strife, the rebel who tries to stay in control of his own fate, the old War who carried out the Charred Council's orders without a second thought, and of course a younger Abaddon who's hatred for the demons got him looking at the newly forged Seven Seals of the Apocalypse some type of way. While I definitely want a game that picks up right where the first Darksiders ended and see Death, Fury, and Strife fight by War's side as he takes on all of creation, I also want to find out what Strife was up to during the Apocalypse. When did he decide to adopt the identity of Jones and when did he run into Ulthane? Did he suspect from the start that the Council was playing War? Maybe he talked to the Lord of Hollows at some point before Fury met with him. Did the Council send him on a special mission before they sent Fury after the Seven Deadly Sins? They didn't seem all that concerned about Death in Darksiders II to be honest. They didn't even send a Watcher to keep an eye on him. Then again, Death has always been on better terms with the Council compared to the other Horsemen. Hell, for all we know, the Council may have tried to bench Strife because they didn't fully trust him. As for Fury, I don't think we need a full game to explore her time protecting humanity. I would certainly welcome it considering how great Darksiders III turned out, but if we only got a flashback or a small reference to that period of time, I'd be fine with that too. Still, I think a solo Strife game followed by a big finale game that allows you to play as all of the Four Horsemen is the right call. Of course, given how deep the lore of this series goes, I wouldn't be surprised if they found a way to keep it going after that. Maybe they could do another prequel game that focuses on Uriel and her time fighting alongside Abaddon, or there could be an entirely new game that focuses on her leading the Hellguard.

The replayability of this game is actually nuts. The only thing that sucks on this game is the maze because platforming does not belong in a top-down game.

I literally did that today but it stays unlocked so you can easily go back when you have 6 keys, luckily i had 4 so i went back got 2 more keys and got my abyssal piece

The one in the void is a struggle without having to place your fingers a certain way to hold mid air while aiming at the pillars and still have to hoover over the light to get through the timed gate

For some reason the Bomb wall won’t detonate for me. I do it exactly as done here but for some reason, the bombs will go through the void portals, and just whiff. I’ve even tried getting on top and clawgrabbing a bomb, but they don’t blow up the wall

Im just gonna come right out and say it...there are many challenges in darksiders genesis, most are fun. Some i really think DE just put into the game to piss players off and or f*ck with players. That last challenge with the maze walls to get strife's armour piece...i wanted to lunch something multiple times bc i literally had to repeat it 20 or mor times

You mean focus the torches? You don’t select them. You do a “blind” shot to the wall, so it bounces off and flys towards the the torch to light it up :)

Don’t lock it into any target - just throw it. But throw it so it will fly though the first torch, bounce off the wall and fly towards the second torch

Are you playing with mouse & keyboard? If so, you aim with ctrl and while holding ctrl, you have to lock it with left shift. Is this not working for you at all? If so, it might be bugged ...

For the void trickster door you have a bubble around war/strife. How do you get that?

It’s a creature core, which gives you a bubble depending on your health. It’s refreshing all 45 sec if I remember correctly
