Milhouse Comes Over for Dinner

Milhouse is invited over to the Simpson house, for a day of fun, and it certainly was fun. Fun for the Simpsons anyways, Milhouse had no idea what was in store for him.
This video went through lots of edits, I don't really recall what the initial idea was but this is how it turned out. I do remember it was inspired by the "The Joy of Cooking Milhouse" cookbook. There are lots of rotoscoping done here. The chicken in the final clip and the "We're doomed!" clip. Milhouse on the phone was lip synced. Overall it was a pretty straight forward dark story.

I love how Bart hesitates at the beginning. He doesn't want to eat his best friend, but his family's budget is so tight, he doesn't have a choice. His dad spends a good portion of his paycheck at Moe's, his mother doesn't have the time for a job, and his siblings are so bright and promising, it's only natural that their education is going to cost a fortune. Seen as the black sheep of the family, everyone forces Bart to bring at least something to the table.....literally.
