It happens on PC too. Found one particular mod that causes it, the AI + Robotics lore mod. Also happens when changing mods mid playthrough. It's more an engine issue that Bethesda needs to work out. I've been fighting that issue for weeks. Anytime two mods access the same scripts or assets, issue occur. You would think that the lowest mod on the list would overwrite it, but it doesn't always work out that way.

I had both the unofficial patch and community patch with unofficial above the community patch, but have now deleted the unofficial

it is 25. It won't show 25 in the UI until you own 25

I may need to note one thing regarding the mod and that is, no matter where it is placed in my load order, any time I download the mod, the entire inside of the lodge just VANISHES aside from select items like the rug, un-interactive cupboards etc

interesting! i had a bug that when i entered the lodges front door i would continuously fall through the floor(xbox) and this was before i downloaded darkstar mod but i had the unofficial starfield mod.

Mmhm. Don't touch that unofficial patch. The number of people rushing to discord with issues that were all magically fixed when they uninstalled that patch is staggering.

The falling through the floor bug happened to me outside of the Lodge when i logged into game. I reloaded and it was fine afterwards but when i got to basement the Darkstar benches were all gone. 🤷

I’ve been modding in the lodge basement also. Some things like those crates are in a group with a lot of the structure. You should be able to ungroup it but I wouldn’t risk it. It might just be a grouping a designer did to adjust the structure layout and then just left the group…

My Game broke with the new Update,my save Crash everytime,i deleted the Mod,now i can load my Game without ITS Crash,i Hope we get a fix,the Mod IS great,Play on Xbox series x

I had the floor glitch and i believe its related to another mod Dream Home Basement. that mod uses the Lodge basement floor plan in their mod. this happened when i fast traveled to the Lodge from The Basement. So far alls good with yours. I did wait the 4800 hrs as well also i am on PC

I literally had a floor randomly loose collision two days before creation patch came out, in a location no mod touched on an asset no mod touched. So probably not your mods fault, just a Starfield issue.

so i downloaded a mod this morning called the destroyer and it killed my game. i was 425 ad the game would not load nor can i access the mods to remove it. had to start a new game but now i have a giant Noel.

I've had the floor bug out on me before, but it happened before creations came out. It did it around the storage box in the basement. I just restarted the console and it was fine and hasn't done it since. It has to be something in the game and not the mod. There is one issue I have with the astrodynamics mod though. The faction's mission boards on the terminus don't show any missions but when I go to the base game's boards they do have missions. The other mission boards on the terminus work fine. I had to delete the terminus and rebuild it after your last patch. That fixed the trade kiosk but not the mission boards.

it's a bug with placed terminals in general, not the mod. The terminals on the terminus are actually the same exact ones located in each faction location. They aren't clones, they aren't new, they are exactly those same terminals. Sometimes they give missions. Sometimes they don't. When I can find a way to force them to always have missions, I will. Many mods that allow you to place those mission boards have the exact same issue. It's not a mod thing, really.. it's how those are coded by bethesda, so far as we can tell.

I've got all your mods and only adding star wars related on top. Would absolutely love a darkstar starwars mod. From your amazing overhauls to the time you take to add your own lore is amazing. I'm not sure if your a starwars fan or not, but if you see this comment I'd love to hear you decide to give starwars mods a shot

What would be causing my game to crash to desktop when in ship builder with Darkstar terminus and trying to switch between the 3 variants of the Darkstar NG landing gear (vanilla version is best in vanilla game)

Darkstar Proprietary Legendaries is not showing up in my research lab…

That is 1 research under the Materials section, and doesn't show until you've unlocked other things. The information you need is in the Research slate, or in the Research section of the Terminal found in game. Or on my website: www.wykkydgaming.com

@@R.L.Parker.Gaming Ok I did some testing and came to the conclusion that a mod I had downloaded before that automatically unlocked/completed all research was the issue. Since there was no reversing it I had to delete it and start a new game. Thanks for the help 👍

The issue where removing certain things from an area it'll remove parts of the floor around it is 100% what happened. Same exact thing happens in fallout 4 if you use scrap that settlement too much you can make an entire settlement un-buildable and literal holes start showing up
