Funny how that van driver was so much in a rush he couldn't wait as such, then preceded to waste his and more time stopping to try an have an argument with one of the workers. Nowt queer as folk eh!. Always enjoy your expeditions DTW. 👍

Its the Swalhili spelling kind of derogatory slang from the early explorer days. It referred to the white europeans who travelled around with a gormless wanderlust look on their faces. I thought that kind of sounds like what I do.

Where I originate from 🇿🇦 people of white English descent are known as Mlungu (Zulu) and Soutpeel (Afrikaans) both derogatory 😜

Do the drivers at FCL do any of the loading/unloading or is that the clients responsibility and you just check that it's all secure before departure

Most places get a crew in to load/unload the trucks. If there's a few people you can help but most of the time your more of an inconvenience. Just keep an eye on things and strap/bar as needed.
