Top tier gameplay👍 I really feel like smokes need some kind of rework or at the very least should highlight targets within. It just feels like an objectively lesser version of zealots stun grenade that blinds your team. I’m watching your video to see in what situations I should use them though. Seems to work pretty good for you

Very interesting build! - Dropping 15% rending for infiltrate buffs seems to compensate for how paper-thin new veteran is. It's a significant damage loss but melee vet suffers from a lack of mitigation, stagger, and uninterruptable compared to the zealot. Building to survive rare bad situations rather than win faster in common good ones makes sense! - Skipping free grenades and relying on aura is very clever. More badly-needed mitigation via that 1st point! Did you try with max grenade talents first? It's hard to build intuition for when they're high impact without spamming a bunch. Sequence starting at 20:00 is a good example - did they do good there? Frags or kraks likely wouldn't have helped. - Ammo aura rightly skipped. With how melee and psyker-heavy the current patch can be, aura seems like a crutch for gunluggers with bad aim/wrong blessings/low coherency efficiency. As usual bad players follow the meta, good players test and find it. Anyone complaining is a power sword sniveler! :)

Well the concept of the build was pretty simple be as agile as possible, tanky so I can face rush and still do a considerable amount of damage. You can ofc commit to Rending Strikes but you will lose alot of tankiness and on the other hand why even do that because you are getting your rending from two sources (Exploit Weakness + Onslaught = 80%) so it's not really worth it to my eyes. Regarding the grenades I never really invested in any build for the maximum +1 node (I suppose you mean that), I find it a bit of a waste although it's not bad if it's in your path or when picking Krak. Smoke grenades on the other hand get a lot of hate which is understandable, they barely stargger at all and can block view for your team but you just have to use them in a different way like for blocking enemy fire, cover or initiation. And about the ammo aura it's not really that needed (+ you save a lot of points) since the build is more melee combat heavy; you are gonna use the Shredder only when needed so most of the times you won't have any serious problems with ammo efficieny as long as you don't spam it brainlessly.

35:00 you said "what a throw" but you were the one who threw. didn't you notice how everyone else was together over by the entrance. you just went tunnel vision for too long.

The "throw" wasn't towards the team but to how the situation unfolded; I knew I was overextending but I didn't expect to die like that.
