Beating Deltarune how Kris Intended
We control Kris in Deltarune and decide most of their actions for them. But I had a thought, "how would Kris play through the game of deltarune if the player didn't control them?" This playthrough has quite a bit of speculation, but it was fun regardless.

Considering a lot of Kris's pranks seem to be aimed at Noelle, I feel like the "No Triple Trucies" bit is a good option, not to actually deny her, but just to tease it once and then let her join. I'm also not quite certain about the electric barrier thing. Again, to prank her, Kris might step onto the button and then _instantly_ step off of it again, while Noelle's still nowhere near it, and then play it straight the rest of the way. They absolutely WOULD NOT let go while Noelle's close, but might when there's still no real danger. Debatable. There's also something to be said for the bizarre "treated like a dog" bit, which Kris seems rather overly invested in. Perhaps some "would much rather be a Monster than a Human" mentality at work behind that one. I also get the vibe Kris has and/or wants to keep a very childlike mindset, which could contribute there as well.

actually its canon that kris is a pacifist i think because when susie asks if kris wants to fight in scarlet forest, if u wait long enough before choosing u can see a frame of "no" becoming yellow before susie doesnt let you choose edit: oh yea also, i think kris likes both susie and ralsei equally, but only in a friends way

Kris doesn't like Ralsei nearly as much as Susie because Kris gets healed the least when they drink Ralsei Tea. Kris likes Susie FAR more since Kris went out of their way to ignore the player's control to protect Susie against the Chaos King.

@@apersonwhoexists3383 Its also worth noting that Susie tea heals kris for the highest value(120), besides Noelle's interaction (being 400). Personally, I think this shows that Noelle's feelings are a little unhealthy, but that's just me.

Interesting fact. If you start Deltarune in Ch2 and not Ch1, I think you could use that to hypothetically see what Kris would really do. (though that's just a guess... Generally, it appears playing later chapters., it just does the minimal amount of things. I don't really remember how it goes because I did not start a fresh save from Ch2, and it might just be placeholders for Kris's free will being subsumed by the "player" who was not there for Ch1...) Still, pretty cool video!

honestly that's a pretty good take, i just disagree with 2 minor things 1) kris would say "no triple trucies" because it's funny and seems in character with them 2) while not on the same level as susie, kris does see ralsei as a friend so i'd have them occasionally talk in the swan boat ride and probably do a peace sign for the camera

So in chapter 2, the character teas heal the selected character based on the relationship with the character that has their name on the tea. Kris heals a really low amount of HP if Ralsei Tea was given to him. Meaning that Kris doesn't like Ralsei a lot. This could impact your gameplay a ton. Edit: If you skipped the tutorial and threw the manual away a bunch of times that could be a little more accurate.

i dont think kris hates ralsei that much, they would probaly take the tutorial considering theyve never been in a battle before (probably) also i think theyd only throw away the manual once

TL/DR Ralsei tea head Kris by 50 in the beginning but after a bit of time, it increases to 60. Kris may consider Ralsei a friend. Noelle tea heals Kris by 70 despite them being LITERAL CHILDHOOD FRIENDS!

There is a theory that If we play just like how kris is actually wanted to then the door in kris house that is lock will open and we will geta. Secret or something about kris But in billion population the chances of having same gameplay as kris wanted would be very less and perhaps I can say some one or somebody have probably found it but he is soo normal that noone knows about What you all think

I think Kris is wrong, he assumaly have a crush on Susie, i think him getting together with Noelle would be way cuter, so even if it's not what HE would do, sometimes the hand of fate must be forced
