Hello and welcome to what is hopefully my final attempt at getting a healthy amount of sleep and sticking to it. I have until 1am to fully fall asleep. I also want this to be my doing so while getting glasses of milk does get me to sleep quicker it isn’t by my doing. I have successfully fallen asleep at a healthy time but I have yet to stick to it.
