24:54 I'm almost positive this glitch has to do with Trevor doing the animation from once he either completes the frenzy or fails it. If on the bike, the side mission doesn't realize this, and still does the animation that his character usually does when that mission is over. The glitching is because the game is constricting his movement to try and keep on the bike.

19:33 explanation to what is happening here the game is trying to assign the model and its weight paint to the rig usually when it does this its in a tpose so it applys correctly but since there was an animation playing it applied a tpose to the rig that had an animation so it had offsets i dont know if i explained that good im like half awake but bassically it has an offset to make it a tpose in that animation but it breaks if the animation is changed

I remember there used to be a glitch with Mary Ann's bike in the 360 days of the game (which I think is also a Fixter). For some reason, if you were able to steal it, it was much faster than regular bikes and had some other interesting properties. However, if you tried to store it or save it, it's special properties wouldn't stick. No idea if that's still the case, but I believe the Fixter is also unavailable in GTA Online.

I might have an explanation for 25:17, when you do rampage missions, trevor plays this kind of "rage shaking" animation once he goes in and out of the mission. I assume the game is playing this animation on top of the bike riding animation, resulting in the mess that you see. I wouldn't be surprised if that also applied to other vehicles and movements. Great to see all these clips, a really well put together video Matto! :)

The weird animation on the Bike after the rampage at 25:30 might be the animation that usually plays when you complete a rampage where Trevor throws away the weapon. You can also see that he drops his weapon in that glitchy animation, so I think it just glitches because you're not supposed to be in a vehicle while this animation plays.
