what do you use on your weapon high caps mid caps?

TheManimal Biker I only use 140 mid caps, Purley for sound reasons, I don't want to give my position away until I'm ready to engage

kinglou48 thought so i couldn't hear any rattling i only use high caps for when we play D-Day as they already know we're coming, brilliant set of gear you've got.
