This is so strange how one can go about life and have experienced SOAD and have enjoyed them since childhood and always cherished it and ``wished´´ for something similar to appear. To one day (yesterday) realizing and finding this band, that is an extension of that soad essence. This gives me goosebumps. Radio/video was and still is one of my favorites. Man sometimes you just get blessed by music.

Art, and especially music achieves this, the visual display of Armenian culture, symbolism, and dancing is defiant, outspoken and a rebuttal against the injustices committed against Armenians (i.e. the Genocide). A powerful work of art, good music as a vehicle for an even better message.

I know this goes with the Armenian Genocide, but the exact lyrics can be put with the Genocide of Bengalis during Bangladesh's war of independence vs Pakistan. Pakistan still denies the status of it being a genocide, and being an American SOAD fan with Bangladeshi parents, this song makes me emotional. Daron did a great job on this.

I'm craying every time that they are getting older, I know they have experience so that can publish incredible songs, but I'm not old enough, I'm almost a kid, I'm a big fan of their music, so it is sadly for me that when I would be 30 years old, they would be too old, and it will be very hard for my heart. I really like those times when Daron and Serj were 30 years old, they had this energy like me and their conserts and songs were more energy and powerful too. Daron's songs came to me in difficult times-when nothing could help me anymore. I was practically lying on my deathbed, and your music lifted me up, healed me and gave me a new life! So complex, delicious and multifaceted guitar riffs, seasoned with an excellent display of native history and culture. Thanks to Daron, we have learned a lot about Armenia, about this unique country! I think you can really hear the SoaD spirit. But it's always been Daron and Serj together. When you look at Serj's stuff that he's made solo and Scars on Broadway, together it really is THE SoaD sound. Really amazing and yet kind of sad knowing what will probably never be again.
