When you mentionion not swallowing the whole sea and how to eat an elephant one bite at a time really sat me down and thought about it and you are absolutly correct and has given me more patience. I have been struggling with that for a while now, thank you and thank God first and foremost.

Thank you for reminding me that we're more than "not perfect" but we're corrupted utterly by sin. The world will try to emphasize our condition but it's up to us to correct them and even ourselves at times that we're not merely in the wrong but in sin against God.

I've been trying to find biblical counseling since at least 2020. The last "Christian counselor" I had was giving me nonsense about breathing exercises. She was also on her phone DURING OUR SESSION. You're being PAID to at least PRETEND to listen to me and care about me. Instead, you're staring at your phone? I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time. Then she did it again. I never went back. I already feel invisible. Having your own counselor ignore you as you're trying to speak about your issues was unbearable. Again, a supposed Christian counselor. I was so broken at that time that I didn't even have the energy to get angry or confront her about it. It's only after, that I realized how horrible it was to do that to someone. Yes, I have asked my church about counseling. Yes, I've looked into it. For various reasons, it is not available to me.
