Phox theme is not as it is advertised. 1-all pre-build pages has custom CSS and JavaScript.then it is useless when it comes to customizing. And the website become slow and heavy unless you relay on heavy cashing as they do to make their templates looks light and fast 2- They changes couple Elemntor addons which they were included in the price. but all of the sudden they stopped working. then I figured out they disable them and they wanted extra charge.

Last time I checked about 6 months ago, the Essentials theme only allowed you to have 2 fonts in use at any one time (e.g. one for headings and one for paragraphs). And that's it. They tried to justify this on "good design" grounds, but it's fundamentally limiting. It's them imposing their philosophy instead of allowing the customer to have flexibility. Worse than that, there were parts of the header, as I recall, where you could not customize the font. Very frustrating.

Also when installing a theme, it was 'neve' theme, I have to install some plugin that are in their own ecosystem if I am correct.
