This one’s great. Farmhouse can feel stale but this one uses the light wood and dark stone accents in a way that makes the space feel warm and inviting without feeling trite. Great stuff Darren!

Love the amount of space for storage in the social areas. And great point of have few wet areas in the private areas too. That make more ez to live with moving from one space to other just for use one of that.

Walnut finishes are exquisite! However, 3 secondary bedrooms upstairs seemed too small & crammed in. Enjoyed the house tour.

Nice Home, Perfect size and very reasonable price not cheap but not unreasonable with today’s market. I would add some ficus trees to the front for a tad more privacy

Great tour Darren. The secondary kitchen seems makeshift, especially since the wood doesn't go all the way to the roof and the large swaths of wood look a bit plain. In all, neat house.

My favorite parts are 1) the painted cement block walls to channel that “gas station” vibe, and 2) the soaker tub in front of a plate glass window right across from the neighbor’s windows….”Hi!”. Worth the money, but has some shockingly bad features. 😒🤘🏻🇺🇸

Jae Omar wants $5M for this eyesore. The front of the house looks like a 1st grader's drawing of a house. Inefficient kitchen layout and vent, 90% of the primary closet for shoes, a great view from your neighbors window of you in your soaker bathtub. All for $5MILLION
