That was really interesting. I always thought you had to raise floor birds from above to wire the lights . Plus nothing better than to watch gaps and rough walls being transformed with I might add great plastering.

Thanks for showing the spotlight installation. What do you use to connect the new twin & earth wire for spotlights to the existing wires in ceiling?

Hi emran, the spots are connected to the existing circuit. Live to the existing switched live, neutral to neutral, earth to earth. The spot lights are connected in parallel with one another. You can use inline connectors or choc block

It’s obvious you take pride in your work and don’t cut corners 👍🏻, no hate here but stick your dabs on the wall not the board , be easier. Level board to wall and you won’t need to build it out with bonding, just the join etc.
