This meditation comes in on the back of my realization that "dimensions" are the realization of who and what I AM. I am not traveling through time. I AM the experience of Time. I look forward to meeting all of my counterparts in Sedona on March 14th.

I’ve had this all wrong in my head. What a relief to not think of moving myself constantly. I feel more energy allowing myself to open to everything. I’m going to listen to the meditation daily. It was a pleasurable experience for beginning this year. 😊

What’s so frustrating is when you’re at a rock bottom with depression you don’t feel passionate about anything. It becomes frustrating hearing him say over and over to just follow your passion when you see nothing that brings joy

It’s not about joy, necessarily, although that can be one aspect of it. Passion is a physical sensation of excitement and pleasure in the body - could you let your body help you find that feeling? Exercise, breathwork, delicious food, etc… nourish your body, get your heart rate up, and stretch, meditate regularly. With time, you will be able to start feeling more

Please, try this for the coming hours: every moment you are presented with something ask yourself: am I relaxed or frustrated, then follow up with: what would the best feeling me (or passionate being me or happy me or God or my higher self) do in this moment? And emulate that action immediately. If you want to apply the parallel reality idea: what is the (above mentioned) doing here and now in this moment (your current situation)

I’m struggling with depression from lifelong CPTSD as well as a current physical issue that prevents me from doing much… if I go inner & change my thoughts to something that feels better, then the external reality can feel better even if it’s just about a cup of tea or a nap. Then my state has gotten more in alignment with the way I wish to be & gratitude helps me to allow more possibilities to come towards me

It’s because you’re in your head too much. As intelligent as bashar may be, listening to him isn’t going to save you. You’re the only one that can truly save you. If you don’t feel passion for anything then that just means you’re spending too much time thinking. Don’t think, feel and do immediately. The more you spend time thinking about what you need to do, the more stagnant you become. Empty your mind, be malleable, if you have an idea or thought of doing something, do it immediately, don’t even give it time to stay, just feel and do. The other day I kept thinking about why I didn’t feel passionate about doing anything, but I realized I just hated that I wasted my whole day thinking about what my passion was. Passion is not a thought form, it’s an expression. I realized rather than thinking about what your passion might be and figuring everything out, why not just take action and express yourself physically toward the general direction of a goal that is represented as a reality you’d like to experience, rather than expressing yourself internally, do everything you can physically and take action towards what represents the general direction of the reality you want to experience. Sometimes we just need a goal to give us a general aim. But it doesn’t literally mean you need to reach the goal. Remember there is only the now, there is no future you, so just create, if you don’t know what you want at least do what you kinda think you want. Otherwise you’ll never move.
